We?ve been constantly dealing with rubbish flying all over our street and polluting the area because of a garbage bin that is open and unlocked. Multiple times a week people come and dump large furniture items, along with overflowing the bin with trash. I?ve seen a coyote around because they are attracted to all the garbage around the bin. In the photo attached you will see the coyote. I would like something to be done about this bin. We have made attemps to get in the manager to lock it.
