There is a shopping cart underneath an evergreen tree on Lake Fraser Dr across from Bianca Amor/Canyon Meadows Cinema. It has been there since winter and is now well hidden underneath the tree. I have submitted a request in May but the cart was not found/request was closed. Please see photo for cart circled in red.
