Backlane Maintenance at 24 Woodlark Dr SW
Several dozen of these down the alley not anchored down. When you step in them they wobble and leave a space large Enough to crush a toe or hand or dog paw. My dog stepped in the hole on one of them. I saw a kid on a bike ride over one and it wobbled so much II almost threw her. A couple of them are out of the ground as in the picture causing tripping or tire damage hazard. Waterworks signage is gone and I'd like to know the purpose of these and how they will be secured immediately.
