Manhole sloped and leaning with asphalt that needs repair. Only will get worst as it's in the driving lane.

Specific details of the issue: As stated Manhole and asphalt surrounding needs repairs. I have filed other potholes within same are would be good to do them same time.

Specific location details: Centre of road. There are several other potholes along Radford Rd. East of 6th street to Remington Road NE.
