My son was riding his bike going east on Livingston Avenue NW and the orange fence that was around the city trees came apart and flew at him knocking him to the ground. He is very injured. The fence was not properly secured! This is unacceptable and I am holding the city fully responsible for his injuries! I would like someone to call me right away and for this to be rectified immediately!
