Sidewalk suddenly buckled upwards
Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: Sidewalk went from relatively flat to a 10 cm upward buckle in less than two days. Incredible change in very short time. This buckle is near a storm drain that is having erosion issues.
