Sidewalk lifting from giant poplar root. A fix last year that raised the sidewalk did not work. Water still pools. Project was not completed. Soil was to be added to reach the edge of the sidewalk and then be seeded. My 2 previous requests: WAM SR# 1643910. 96 WAM SR# 1620856. 383 They were "closed" but no work was ever completed, no communication with me at all. Please have a manager/foreman contact me to discuss this issue then be "fixed".
