Sunken sidewalk with protruding curb is difficult to clean, shovel in the winter and is a tripping hazard.

Specific Details: Sunken sidewalk from curb is in places greater than 2.25" is a serious tripping hazard especially for the seniors, kids and handicapped residents in the neighborhood.
