Serious issues with this catch basin on Chaparral Valley Drive SE. It needs to be cleared and cleaned out or the next major rain will cause flooding. Only access to valley along the is road. Please send bylaw out as well to investigate dirt and debri that cumulated here from construction trucks on 194th avenue se going up the hill. Debri is lost from these trucks and when it rains it cumulated here. Hold the developer of Osprey meadows and wolf Willow responsible to keep the streets clean.
