Tree Maintenance - City Owned at Royal Abbey Rise NW Northwest Calgary Calgary
The trees on the berm are not being maintained properly. The shoots are three feet tall and obstruct people trying to cross the road. All the trees but 3 have been clipped when the grass is cut. Are the workers to lazy or totally inept? I have to report this issue EVERY year. Why can?t it been done properly the first time to avoid extra man hours . Further it is not good for the trees especially during these times of water restrictions.
