May 2000 city worked on a water main break.machine outrigger was place on sidewalk which cracked it.Several calls have been made and most recent repair was 2 yrs ago a fellow was sent out by city to grind sidewalk down to attempt to make it smooth. Very shortly after it again cracked and several people have tripped and fallen. I have more pictures but ap would only allow one to be uploaded. Four years of a severe trip hazard is not acceptable when the section should have been cut and replaced.
