Describe Issue: Intersection of James Mckevitt and Shawnee St/Millrise Way at all times of day. Traffic travelling south on Shawnee Street does not trigger sensor and never gets a green light unless someone presses the pedestrian button. Doesn't always happen, but is a frequent problem. Leads to many drivers cutting across to turn right or simply running the red light. With part of Shawnee Blvd currently closed, this is currently the only way out of the neighbourhood. Needs urgent attention.
