Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 808 19 Av SW

Tree overhangs so deeply into the driveway it is scraping our vehicle when we back out. Needs to be trimmed back. Also infested with aephids. (I would be happy to personally cover the cost of an aephid treatment if given permission by the city to do so.)
