Group of hawks has moved into the area. They are attacking people and pets. Once person was attacked so far as I know.

Type of Behaviour exhibited: Aggressive
Specifics on exact location: Look in the dead birch tree in the backyard of 1819 pinetree crescent. The biggest one hangs out there.
