The sidewalk at this location was raised at the control joint due to the roots from a tree that was between the side walk and street. The city came to repair it a couple of years ago. It was improperly repaired and has since gotten worse as shown in the photo. It has to be removed and replaced as it is now a major hazard to pedestrians using the sidewalk. There are also issues with the curb on the east side of the driveway near this location where it is falling apart..
