HAZARD: Large broken tree limb is hanging near utility line and walking/bike path. With the current wind, it is creaking. With the forecasted wind and storm tomorrow, the branch may fall on the utility line. Perhaps the utility company is aware of it, but in case it isn't, it is being reported here.
