Gridlock. Signals not timed to ensure safe flow of traffic during detour/road closures.

Describe Issue: The traffic signals at 34th avenue and 20th street SW have not been adjusted based on current road closures, nor timed with the ones at 33rd Avenue and 20th street to ensure a safe flow of traffic. This is the detour route to the Garrison Safeway, and because of the closures, is a key access road. People are waiting up to 7 light changes to try and get through from all directions, and it's become anarchy. Primary school children use this crosswalk and the one on 33rd and I witnessed them having to weave in and out of gridlocked cars. Please fix asap!!!
