Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 156 Citadel Mr NW
40+ Holes from removed trees. People falling and hurting themselves. Aware of two children that have had broken arms from this issue. There are tree stumps that need to be removed. Holes need to be backfilled with gravel and soil correctly to prevent this from reoccurring. City personnel need to be trained to do this and have this part of the tree removal process. Plastic covers also broken with exposed areas. Fix it. It's been very long from what it looks like. Just poor maintenance and neglect
