Specific Damage Details: This pole was struck the morning of Sep. 9, 24 by large construction equipment. Licence plate of the offending vehicle is 6KL2-30.

Any other location details: East side of 4th Street at entrance to lane between 29 Ave and 30 Ave NW. Very badly damaged pole with potential to fall over.
