Road uneven where new construction houses have dug up to change sewer access to new builds

Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: There are 3 strips on the road where the road has been dug up 3 separate times in succession to redirect utilities to new infills. The speed limit is 50kph on this road and I must slow down to 30 so the bumps are not so severe. I drive a school bus down this road twice a day so the bumps are severe at the posted speed limit. Resurfacing of this section of road is necessary. Thanks
