No U Turn sign is needed at this intersection. All the cars you see with headlights waited to do a u turn. At times the line of traffic backs up to the school & traffic blocks the marked crosswalk at the school. Cars doing uturns do not watch for pedestrians & I was nearly hit by the white suv in the pic that you see tail lights on.
