This 5th st left turn is timed green when the Glenmore left turn onto 5 st is also green. This needs to ALTERNATE with the Glenmore arrow so more than 3 people can get through a light. Not green at the same time, cause problems everyday and especially on weekends when Chinook mall is in full swing.
