Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 107 Cougarstone Co SW

The catch basin is full of gravel, dirt and debris. Likely from when the sidewalks were removed for repair and we had a couple of days of heavy rain; assume dirt flowed into the catch basin. But it is not draining properly now and needs to be cleaned out.
