Describe Issue: To be 10 seconds longer to accommodate for the massive number of gravel trucks waiting at that light. They are slow to get moving once a light turns green and only four of them get through the light. This creates a massive backup of cars even into the previous intersection. The chaos of this intersection is incredible and and I ask that someone from the city come at 3:30 to observe it themselves.
