Hi there, I was told that the sensor on this light was broken and would be replaced. Can you please confirm when that will be? The length of this light is still a major concern. Why is it 70 seconds long when there is rarely any east to west traffic. Busier intersections a few blocks in either direction have the same length of light, so why does an empty church parking lot need 70 seconds???

Describe Issue: As mentioned above, sensor broken or not this light is insanely long for the amount of easy/west traffic. Needs to be 30 seconds or less like the light directly before and after it so there is a good flow of traffic.
