Debris on Backlane at 837 4 Av NW
Square was cut into the back lane a few weeks ago. No work has occurred since. Signs and barriers are often knocked down or pushed to the side, leaving the hole exposed. Flashing lights no longer functioning at night. Expect someone will drive into it or ride their bike into it and that will be a nasty surprise.
