The sidewalk/pathway is cracked and snow melts and the water stays there. I try to push the water away but water again finds its way to the sunken area. It's a slip and trip hazard and needs immediate attention. This is a previous request which was closed without taking any action on it. I was promised that our will be taken care of this summer of 2024. I reminded Aaron on Aug 6th 2024 via text as well as he provided his number to me when he visited for inspection last year 2023 winters.

Specific Details: Broken and sunk pathway area. If someone trips and fall over due to ice this coming winter. I won't be responsible for that, as I have already complained about this matter and nothing has been done for the whole year. Picture attached from last year.
