Walking my dog before 11:00 AM, and encountered a coyote walking towards us on the street. Very close to Woodlands elementary school. We stood behind a tree, and I yelled loudly and gestured at it. It glanced towards us and trotted more to the centre of the street, but then passed by without incident.

Type of behaviour: Normal

Specific location details of the Coyote: Coyote was walking on the sidewalk and the street, on the south side of the road. It was coming from the area of Woodgrove Crescent, which has a walkway connecting to Fish Creek Park.
