Kids were riding their bike.My daughter (3yrs old) passing from my side to ride the scooter. This guy in the picture was coming very fast. He hit my kid and she fell down and hit her head in the ground( thanks GOD she was wearing a helmet) and he continued driving on her arm until I shouted then he stopped. He didn't even care. My child had a big bruise on her shoulder.a big shock .didn't sleep last night.Any coverage for her accident? If she had a concussion when she grow.Does any insurance pay
