Describe Issue: Turning left into the tunnel takes forever. It should be a yield on green because most of the morning traffic is turning to the airport. Yet we sit there waiting, no pedestrians ever use that sidewalk and very little traffic going south in the early hours. Could be yield on green from 8pm to 6am.
