Overdue: Remove barricades and pylons from prior road/sewer repairs completed 3+ months ago.

Specific details of the issue: My neighbor has had road barricades and pylons abandoned by the city in front of their property for the past 3+ months. Despite several requests for the City to come remove them. These signs are a safety hazard and obstruct also parking on the street. They are also an eyesore for all of the residents. Everyone on this street is disappointed in the City's lack of action on this.
