Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Currently there are stop signs on Seton Rd SE going northbound & southbound at the crossroad Seton Villas/206th Ave se. Seton Road is the main road whereas seton villas/206th ave is more of a side road. The stop signs should actually be on seton villas & 206th ave or at the very least be a 4 way stop. The Way that it is set up at the moment just doesn't make sense and the stop sign going southbound on Seton Road is set so far back from the intersection that it is often missed, I've seen people blow right through it
