The temporary fixes that you suggest make the situation worse. We put up with first temporary fix which is now crumbling and now you suggest black gravel patchwork! New concrete needs to be poured and was paid for by the builder in 2017 and we pay $10,000 in annual taxes. We expect a pavement that is consistent with the existing look not to stand out with the only black tarmac on the whole street!
