Backlane Maintenance at 155 Riverwood Ci SE

I put in a request to have an anomaly repaired in my back ally. Today a crew came around and repaired it, if this is classified as repaired, I would disagree. They removed the 6inch mound and filled it in with lose debris. I would have liked it to be patched in a more permanent manner. I will include a picture of the finished result.
