Southbound turning lanes (left) from Memorial drive WB onto 4st NE bridge are reduced to one lane during rush hour to accommodate two turning lanes coming from Eastbound Memorial drive. This should be reversed.

Describe Issue: Traffic patterns and population centers have changed drastically since this was originally implemented - there are 3 times the number of cars coming from Memorial Drive heading westbound and there should be 2 turning lanes during rush hour to alleviate traffic. Especially with one lane closed on the 4th ave flyover. Traffic is clearly backed up to Deerfoot trail and beyond.
