Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 3112 28 Av SW

A city worker was out at the beginning of the summer to monitor for invasive insects in the city owned Emerald Ash trees. He said it would be monitored throughout the summer and removed in September. It is still up and a bit of an eyesore now that the leaves have fallen. Can someone come investigate?

Location Details (Landmarks): On east side of property line on front street. First elm of the avenue so easy to spot.
