Timing of Eastbound 64th Avenue NE from 7:00am-9:00am over Deerfoot Trail

Describe Issue: The eastbound 64th Avenue at the light (prior to going over Deerfoot) could be timed much better, and could benefit from a much longer green light. Most mornings, this light is backed up to Hunterhorn Road NE and takes at least 3-4 cycles to get through. I additionally think those turning left at the advance heading westbound onto Southbound Deerfoot could benefit from a longer advance (FedEx trucks, etc.) as there is always someone running the light unsafely.
