Details of request: This is request to enforce 40 km/h speed limit, no tailgating, illegal passing. 95% of vehicle are speeding or excessively speeding most in 20% to 60% range. Many 60% to 80, some 100%!!. Your efforts so far has been ineffective, the notorious speeding continues as if TSR done nothing. This is unacceptable, deception and disrespectful.
