Too narrow of a road - cause for accidents

Specific details of the issue: Condo narrowed down road width for sidewalk and parking for them. As a resident I can assure you this encroachment will cause bottlenecks and am warning the city that this will be catastrophic as it?s where parents park during school drop offs, events, etc. and the south bound traffic speeds while northbound is encroached and children are always crossing. Lots of fast traffic in this area as well as a lot of people in this area have fast cars and are used to be able going fast. I suspect if not addressed now there could be a loss of life and I would like to emphasis this obstruction. I?m writing this as a preventative measure.
