City snow removal left entire sidewalk covered in ice from road. the ice was thick and made it difficult to clean the snow removal person should have noticed this and asked for a clean up. instead i laboured for 1 hour re doing a sidewalk i already cleaned the snow removal was performed on nov 19th around 12:45 am on Kincora drive next to my property . i called in for a case file reference 24-00883880
