Dear Madam/Sir: This request is about un-normal water flow into the basement. I thought it is groundwater level is high so plan to install a sump pump next week. But after opened the cover, the amount of water drain into (enclosed photo) is anomaly. I doubt it is caused by some main water pipe leaking from upwards Macewan Park Close street. The anomalous water flow to basement has been happening three months ago, which doesn’t make sense during dry season. please have someone double check.
