Describe Issue: Since there is a dedicated left turn signal here, when that light turns red, and the vehicle in the front is looking to turn left. Straight through and right turn traffic is also prevented from going through, even though the light is green for them. While construction is going on the traffic light should be adjusted so that the turn signal and regular light for southbound traffic are green at the same time. Currently the traffic backs up north of Faldale Close throughout the whole day.
