Snow On City - Maintained Sidewalk at 49 Howse Dr NE

The city is supposed to do this sidewalk. There have been at least 3 good snow falls, and it hasn't been done once. It's the sidewalk on Howse Dr, along the field. I believe the city is also supposed to do around the pond, which every winter goes undone and gets VERY icy.
