South bound signal activation does not work in winter
Type of Traffic Device: Traffic Signal Light or Pole
Specific details of problem: In summer the light activation to turn green works fine. In winter, it doesn't seem to activate often. South bound, in the left most lane (to turn left, eastbound on to old Banff coach road)
