Temporary construction repaving needs permanent repair

Issue: Uneven Surfaces / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: New residential complex needed to dig up the road nearly two years ago for utilities pipes. The repaving was not a permanent solution. We neighbours have been very patient but it needs to be done properly now.
