Asphalt is below concrete gutter/curb resulting in puddles/ice buildup. I reported this about a year and a half ago and they slabjacked part of the issue but didn't take it far enough.

The road is so bad and needs to be scraped. Huge holes in the road at the stop sign and leading up to it.
