Cracked sidewalk- uneven

Sidewalk slab has a crack running through and has sunk.

I have submitted this numerous times and yet it's still not fixed. I was putting by bins out the other day and rolled my ankle. This is a safety hazard and has been for years and yet nothing is being done.

Concrete cracked and lifting up. A lot of people walk and jog on the sidewalk. And is a serious hazard.
