Huge Ruts in Alleyway

Contractor needed to dig up back lane resulting and leaving piles of gravel on my property. I have spoke to the gentleman he said he would take care of it and has not.

Pothole on the ground. Icy day makes non 4WD car trapped and hard to get out.

Unfinished Project

Back Lane has been graded leaving a 3-4 inch drop from parking spaces and sidewalk.

Yearly maintenance not completed. Second request. Please have city call writer to explain why these ruts are acceptable for non repair. Yearly maintenance is expected on back alley.
