Snow, blocking a manhole cover, is creating a lake of melted snow that blocks the sidewalk as well as most of the roadway.

City roadway has not been cleared of snow and ice - now melting and causing flooding on driveways along the South side of Colgrove Avenue NE.

Pedestrian overpass os all iced up from plow. Needs salt and sand asap. Extremely slippery.

access to drain at side of house is restricted due to snow and ice build up in street. therefore water run off is going down sidewalk and freezing overnight causing hazzourdous walking conditions.
